Designed and built according to the individual project in the style of "Provence" under the direction of one of the best modern Italian architects Carlo Scagnelli. When constructing and finishing the house, exclusive materials of limestone, sandstone, travertine, granite, marble, natural wood were used. All materials are Austrian and Italian production. The facade of the house is finished with a natural stone brought from the Austrian Alps, due to which it is resistant to changes in external temperatures from -30 to +30 degrees. The Austrian company Franz Bamberger was engaged in finishing the stone of the facade and inside the house. On the site there is an additional garage with a staff apartment. Executed expensive landscaping works on a total area of 7952 m2: quality parterre lawn, flower beds and lighting, there is an automatic irrigation system. The forest area is supplemented with trees brought from Germany by varieties of Far Eastern and South Sakhalin breeds. In front of the house there is a fountain in antique style.
